Of course people are gonna talk shit bout these guys, me? WELL IM STOKED AS FUCK TO SEE THESE GUYS. Mayhem this summer is gonna melt faces
I'll never bow to he who claims to be divine;
I'll tear down your gates with my bare fucking hands;
And burn the world that you rule over,
No matter how convinced you are you're not a god of mine;
You're not a fucking god of mine.
HOW IS THAT PUSSY?! You guys don't know fucking SHIT about AA.

I looked at the lineup and I was stoked! Slipknot!!! Slayer!! Anthrax!.... Asking Alexandria... Wait... Is this right?.... What the fuck... How'd they get in?
don't comment on this page if you're just gonna talk shit, seriously. why do you people have to be such assholes? if you don't like Asking Alexandria, then GOOD FOR YOU, don't bash others for liking them! They are absolutely amazing, & one of my favorite bands. Just so everybody's clear, WHEN THEIR NAME COMES OUT OF YOUR MOUTH, YOU ARE JUST SPREADING THAT BAND NAME AROUND, INTRODUCING THEM TO MORE & MORE PEOPLE, SO KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO, FUCKING ASSHOLES!!!
well honestly i agree with the AA lovers. I owe my life to AA because if they wer'nt here, i wouldn't be here. Their music saved me from doing something extreamly stupid. so talk all the shit you want about them, doesnt bother me any. and btw you may not like them, but just by saying their name your making them even more famous.
I lo
I lo
The worst band in the line up, it still blows my mind to see that this band was actually chosen for Mayhem Fest out of so many others that could have been chosen.
Fuckk you guys! AA is the best fuckin band on the lineup this year! Dont be a fucking pussy and say, "they should be on warped" Fuck that shit they worked their ass off to get to this point. You wouldnt last 5 mins on stage.
get this pussy band out of this tour!!! they suck and don't belong here! the devil wears prada is even pushing their luck being here. would much rather see killswitch engage, 5FDP, DevilDriver, or any other HEAVY band that downs sound like a pig squealing or a chick screaming.
ok for you guys who think they suck thats fine with me..but they are my fav band ever! im very glad they are going, and if you have never seen them live then dont judge, they get really heavy and play great shows, they are one of the bands that you most likely have to see first before you rate how good they are. once you see them for real it will change what you think about them!
The band on the 5th is going to be Motorhead. But as for this band goes, yeah I'm not one to bash on people for liking them but my honest opinion is they should be on Warped Tour not Mayhem
@mystix616 there still is another mainstage band to be announced on march 5th and im thinking its lamb of god or at least it better be
Hardcore, Screamo

To say that 2011 was a breakout year for the UK's ASKING ALEXANDRIA would be a massive understatement as the group opened for the legendary Guns N' Roses, performed in numerous arenas with Avenged Sevenfold and had a slew of sold-out headlining shows. In 2012, the band are poised for world domination with a massive, six-week long sold-out European headlining tour and a North American headlining spring tour with Trivium as direct support, which will be capped off with a slot on the Rockstar Mayhem Festival.In April of 2012 they will head back into the studio once again with acclaimed producer Joey Sturgis (Emmure) to record their much anticipated third full-length effort. The disc is set for a late summer release.This past year, amidst a slew of recent speculation regarding their stability, ASKING ALEXANDRIA, undoubtedly proved to all naysayers that they are one of the genre's most exciting, ground-breaking and heralded artists as their critically acclaimed new album, Reckless and Relentless, debuted at #9 on the Billboard Top 200 charts scanning an impressive 31,449 units. This monumental accomplishment also simultaneously marked the biggest first week sales for any artist in the history of Sumerian Records.The album's stunning debut quickly caught the attention of mainstream media across the globe resulting in their national television debut on the ABC late-night talk show "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" They spent the summer of 2011 on the Warped Tour mainstage and emerged as one of the festival's most talk about performers. Throughout this timeframe they also graced the covers of such major publications as Alternative Press, Guitar World and Kerrang!This is controversial, unapologetic hard rock at its very finest and you ain't seen nothing yet.
